INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

The young people are offered everything that makes it possible to make the leap into the national and international elite.

Training becomes increasingly individualized, groups become smaller (3-4 players), and personal development is given priority, as the entire player type is developed. This increases the amount of individual training.

In this development process, training intensity is required, as is rest and recovery, because the athlete is only as good as his recovery!

Athletic development goes hand in hand with academic education and biological development. For this reason, a professional environment is of utmost importance!
